Dry Eyes drops

Quick Question. Are human drops safe for dogs. I have genteal gel and blink gel. Any suggestions?

We use natural tears when necessary, that was what our vet recommended.

Ruthie has dry eye, so in between her prescription eye drops i use Systane Gel Drops. Works very well for her!
