Drums or Flats? Hot, medium or mild?

We love our chicken wings!!! The best part of Joe and I ordering wings is he likes only the drums while I like the flats! That way we can share an order and both get what we want. Although he gets extra nuclear hot on the side I like them medium. Whats your pick??

I like both, ASLONG as they are crispy ! there is nothing more disgusting, than a flat, that is undercooked, and 'flabby' I like mine 'Medium' to 'Hot' I want just enough ZIP to the tongue and lips, but not on fire that I can't taste anything.

Mmmm I love chicken wings. Either is fine,medium please with ranch. Hubby doesn't eat them tho (he is odd and doesn't like eating food off a bone) so I rarely order them myself. Sad!

I'm still trying to figure out what "flats" are.
And no, I don't eat anything but chicken breast, don't like the taste of dark meat at all.
