Drums or Flats? Hot, medium or mild?

I like both...mild or bbq with ranch, also Tyson makes a Tequila lime wing that i get at sams club...yummy those are my all time favorite!!!!

I usually make ours, some are medium and some will burn your tongue off. I prefer the medium but its a toss up with our family.
