Does your family like your bulldog?

I couldn't care less about what the family thinks. I like my dogs soooo much better then them anyway! Most are tolerant because they know how important my dogs are to me. I had one incident at Christmas when my niece, whom I can barely tolerate, made a face when poor Brutus was trying to give her his ball. I simply said "if your smart you will just nicely tell him no and he will leave you alone. If not there is the door"!

I watch everyone closely when they're in my house and how they relate to my dogs. Some love them..some day they love them but it's obvious when they think I'm not paying attention that they really don't. Others totally ignore them. You can learn a lot about people by how they treat your dogs..and how your dogs react to them..chum and hershey instinctively know who the assholes are whereas it took me time to figure it out lol.

Both my Mother and grandmother love Boris and his smoosh face. However my father refuses to like anything besides his beloved Labradors.
