Now my husband doesn't think I'm totally nuts with how watchful I am of Pep! So glad this guy got his baby back. 3 months with my girl and I'd lose my mind if I lost her!

good news.
but a civil matter? How is this not a criminal matter, a crime? The dog was stolen. So for the four months this man was in agony he can sue and the person he takes to court most likely wont have any recompense financially. So then there is definitely a side of me that would make it a personal matter and I would be getting some hide and hair from a dogsitter
