DC Bully Meet Up

Good afternoon EBN. Today Jewel and Bentley got to meet some really handsome, awesome, and beautiful bullies at the S Street Dog Park in US's Nation's Capital. When Jewel and Bentley arrived we found a bully named Stella, altough not a member of the forum yet, is a cute little girl that the couple rescued. She is such a sweet little girl.

There were quite a few dogs at the park and I was concerned about Bentley because he has not really socialized with other dogs (i.e., in a kennel for 8 months and now 4 months with us). He fit in quite well and was running around with the rest of the pack in the park. Jewel tried out her new knee by running around so much she was driving my better half nuts not drinking any water. So much running around that both Jewel and Bentley were crashed out on the ride home.

We did meet fellow EBNer's [MENTION=7373]g8erjackie[/MENTION], Keith, and who I think is Mr. Casanova....Ruckus as well as [MENTION=9956]nubonics[/MENTION] , Stewart, and Curly. Curly is such an awesome young handsome bully. Very laid back and happy to meet new people. We also me Albert and his little girl Wednesday. It was our great pleasure to meet these bullies and their owners.

It was great meeting everyone! You would never have thought Jewel just had Knee surgery. Such a happy group. I posted these pics on another post but so everything is is one place here they are again. We should do this again soon!

Guten Abend. We wish you were here as well. Jewel and Bentley had a blast. Jewel ran so much as well as Bentley and were so tired they are still asleep except to get up and potty. We had a great time.

Great pics Nu. I like how your camera makes me look thin. I do know a great weight loss program though.

[MENTION=11639]rjisaterp[/MENTION] and [MENTION=9956]nubonics[/MENTION] we had an absolutely fantastic time today! Anytime you want to do it again, we're in! Ruckus had a blast and, after tolerating a bath, he's sleeping off the day.

Here are a few pictures we took, we have way more on the gopro and e'll upload the gopro videos soon. We just got it so we're figuring it out. Keith is going to work on editing all the footage. We left it on Ruckus almost the entire time so there are lots of good shots!

I can't wait to see that video… I'm shocked he left it on, and the other bullies didn't try to eat it!!! Lol
