Bru sleeps on his tummy or side mostly. He only goes on his back when he is playing.

Ours sleep in all positions, but mostly on their belly.

I've noticed all 3 of mine sleep on the side during warmer weather and on their tummy when it's a bit chilly Bennie sometimes sleeps on this back but it's very rare and it's mostly when he plays rolling around and suddenly gets tired

I voted "all of the above" my trio lay in all kinds of positions, I guess it's best to say they sleep however is most comfortable at that moment
