Clipped a Nail too short

Uggh..Ace moved and I clipped 2 nails a bit too short and now he is bleeding. I used peroxide to clean it. Just for future reference, what is the best solution to use for cuts, nicks, open areas, etc. Thank you all in advance.

For nails use either styptic powder and if we run out flour ;-)

You can buy stiptic powder for when it happens again. Right now dig his bleeding nail into a bar of soap. It will stop the bleeding.

yeah I did that once, I used cornstarch to stop the bleeding. so sad. but thankfully Lola lets me cut her nails every other week still and then i file them! ridiculous.
