Cindy is a bouncy 7 year old surrendered by her owner to Palm Beach Animal Care & Control. She is a personality plus and is beyond happy about everything. She has dry eye in one eye, managed with drops and is otherwise healthy! This cheerful girl's tail never stops wagging and she loves toys and bones.
UPDATE: Cindy gets very attached to her family and would do best as an only dog... She's wants all the love!
