Other Cheli having palate surgery today

This is number 3 for him... first was at age 2 and second was about a year after due to scar tissue forming... our vet told us his might have to be done again at age 5 or 6 so here we are... his sleep apnea had returned a few months ago and with the summer heat he was having struggles being outside.

Please send him all your good thoughts prayers and juju!

And, as you can tell Lambeau is stressed about it

Update--- vet called and Cheli palate looks great no need to trim it, but his saccule (sp?) are inverted so he will trim them and his tonsil are enlarged, they will be removed. Will call me when he wakes up.

oh boy,,,, hope that's good news as I don't know what that saccule is but hope it's better to do than the palate... and tonsils??? geesh, I'm clueless! didn't even know they had them!!! Well little Cheli, so glad to hear the Vets takeing good care of you, and mama keep us informed as well... Bless his little heart and body with health
