if properly adjusted yes i used them for years on all kinds of dogs from my own to a wild foster ones =also it washes well in a washing machine (once you remove the labels that is ) and it retains it shape
the only downside -its not good as a training harness -Shy loves pulling on a leash -and because this is constructed as it is - he have greater ability to do so

It looks very nice-but I was thinking about it being escape proof, because I have trouble with pulling. Mine seldom see other people, and pull so hard to get to them, as they get "overjoyed!!" Thanks, @Pati

not sure what harness is good for pulling hun & escape -but im sure there is something that is best of both words xxx i got used to pulling -especially with Shy -i had worse and bigger dogs so i can handle her xx
