Bulldog(s) Names
Sir Rumble Pig Peterson AKA Rumble
I took Rumble to a dermatologist last year for spots where he is missing fur. This happens once or twice a year. They tested his thyroid and that is fine. The dermatologist said it is not food related but is environmental. Well the dermatologist told me to do a bleach bath when the spots occur. I have done that but they will not go away this time. I'm waiting for the dermatologist to call me back but any suggestions? 20180830_210545.jpg20180830_210627.jpg

If there is any scabbing where the hair falls out, try curaseb shampoo, 4% formula. You have to leave it on for 10 minutes.

Could it be seasonal alopecia? Walter gets this every year...

Those are much better pictures of what Monty's look like. I thought it was a staph infection. The hair grew back quickly on one (I put Nu-stock on it)and then it fell out again right next to it. I was thinking about putting him on Cephalexin but as it is only 2 small areas will go with the Nu-stock first and see how it goes.

I have the same problem with Bentley. I also think it's seasonal allergies and was just considering taking him to see a dermatologist since we cannot figure out the problem. Bentley's starts off like the picture above, but has recently gotten much worse.

If they think it is environmental, ask about Cytopoint shots.... it as done wonders for Lambeau environmental allergies
