Bruiser, 4 days into his recovery from surgery.

He is doing absolutely great. We went and bought him a soft cone, which seems to be much better for bulldogs. (Due to the size of the regular cones because of the size of there neck. )We are able to take the cone off more and more as long as he is supervised. As you guys said, the hard part is keeping him calmed down. He wants to jump on the couch and bed when ever possible. We are just so happy to see our little man starting to act normal again. I can't thank all of you enough for all the advice and words of encouragement. The first couple days were kinda hard. ( thank you EBN, thank you Lisa for EBN.)

I missed what was wrong with him. What kind of surgery did he have? I thought maybe he was neutered until I saw picture #2 ! Anyway i'm glad Bruiser is feeling better.

[MENTION=9370]brutus77[/MENTION]. Bruiser did get neutered, but he also had a prolapsed urethra that he got fixed and he got his eyes fixed. He had entropia. Which is when the eye lids curl under. He had 3 surgeries at once. It kind of took its tole on my little guy. But the vet recommended doing it all at once because of the difficulty putting bulldogs down. Thank you for your concern.
