Breeder license

What states require a breeder to have a breeder license?

This I cannot answer. (sorry). At least, not yet. I cannot find anything on the internet about it, just that "most states" require it. I will keep investigating it and hopefully I will come up with some answers.

Anyone else got any clues on this?

most states require a licenese.

a lot of states i've seen classify you as a 'breeder' (and therefore in need of a license) if you have more than two litters per year.
