Oh my gosh love the spunkiness!!! (although it isnt as cute when Miila does that) Oh and videos posted inside a thread like this are ok, it is just when you make a post for the video specifically is when we move it. I just LOVE her!!!!!! Think we all do actually. Glad to see her acting like herself.

I just wanted to end this thread on a good note. Abby's kidney specialist on vacation in Ireland and emailed me to check on her. I told her what had happened and gave her the new blood test results. This is what she said...

Yes the Bun was up, but that could be partially due to dehydration. The Creatinine is important, probably a little more so, and that was up just a little. She may have just needed fluids and meds for her GI stuff. Unfortunately because of her kidneys, what would be a minor intestinal flare up in a dog with normal kidneys, may be worse for Abby because of the dehydration affecting her faster and more severely.

But Abby is better. She's back to her usual foot biting self and I intend to keep it that way.

Thank you ALL again. I know that it was your prayers and positive energy that got her through what could have been a life threatening event for her.

Well tears are flowing again but at least they are happy tears, you need to give yourself the credit for Abby pulling thru you are the best and she knows it. May God bless you.
