Probably give her a shot of Dex to get that inflammation down. Looks like she got stung by a wasp or honey bee. That cute face will be back to normal in a couple of days.

Yep... sting or spider bite.... as long as she is not laboring to breath... no need for vet visit--benedryl will help with the reaction.

This reminds me a few months ago when Colossus stuck his face in an ant hill (they have to get right on something to smell it) and I came home from work to a face like this. Benedryl and 36 hours later, couldnt tell.
