URGENT!!! Weird and frequent eye

Hi

Cappu usually gets theeae strains
Couple times a
Day more
Frquently in one eye , it looks
Dryer and thicker than before and it usually appear on the eye that had this cherry eye kinda tging going on where i massaged and put it back on place , plus under his jaw becomes very red
Time to time
Or on some strong light ...

Any toughts ? Recommendation? Will be appreciated
