Vet called earlier and told my wife the surgery and every thing went well and she was doing fine. We have since picked her up. We have her home and she has a cone of shame she must wear for the next 10 days and two weeks from today she goes back to the vet. I'll enclose a couple pictures. 3rd one is when her cherry eye first popped out, next two are from today after her procedure. I know I should have taken one prior to her going in this morning but I neglected to do that.

So glad for you all and zoey that all went well-and she is home and doing good!:happydance:

Been thinking of y'all all day & looking for news, thanks Tom!

So glad all went well and she's home...Yea! GOD bless y'all :)

Sweet baby girl, she still looks lovely in the cone of shame. Glad everything went well.

She's such a sweet baby, I hope she feels better soon!!! :D

Ah, poor baby. So pretty. Give her lots of love and hugs from us too! Hope she heals up nicely!

Ah, cone or not she is so pretty .... Hugs for a quick recovery

Thanks all! She is a doll and doing so well with the cone. She surprised me, eats, drinks, potty breaks ,plays and sleeps with the cone on. She doesn't like it much, but she doesn't let it stop her and we give her lots of love.

So glad she's home and doing well! 10 days goes fast and soon this in the past! I know, I went through this with my Voitto when he was less that 5months.

Zoey looks great!!!! My only advice for her recovery is if the cone sits too snugly against her ears give her a break from the cone while you watch her like a hawk. Tubby's stayed on 24/7 and the poor guy got an ear infection cause his ears couldn't breathe. He kept pawing at the cone but like a goof I thought he was trying to get at his eye meanwhile my poor baby's ears were driving him nuts

So happy the surgery went well and Zooey is haveli g the cone? Buster had both eyes done at 5 months ( the other eye popped just before surgery so they were done together poor baby) the cone was OK but Buster kept walking into everything CG and it cut his neck. Eventually I noticed because there was a bit of blood on his white fur. He still has a scar. We got a soft cone from the humane society and it was perfect although had to watch him a little closer to make sure he didn't fold it over (he didn't). But he is doing great now. The surgery was a complete success. Glad it is over for you and all my wishes for a speedy recovery. The hardest part is keeping them calm and not letting them run or jump or play rough.
