Sorry I didnt know who he was.

I always wonder what happens when the puppy mill breeders can't get rid of certain dogs. Aside from killing them I would assume they'd do something like this. Fly them into Florida and some dude agrees to sell the undesirables to unsuspecting people for cheaper (or even full price). I would think this dude is the last in the chain of attempts to ultimately get money from these dogs. Wonder what he does when he can't sell them ...
