Running out of ideas

Chumly, the otherwise perfect dog, was THE worst ever about taking pills, including me shoving them down his throat. They were always spit up again! At the end when he had to take lots of meds including large ones, the only way I managed was wrapping in a sliced meat of some sort, coated in cream cheese then rolled in wet cat food! Extremely messy but it worked! I think it was the cat food that did it, food of the Gods!
