Tucker is leaking!

Tucker had Cryptorchid (surgery for finding his testies) on thurs and was fine over the weekend, get home from work and he is swollen and leaking a touch of blood from the sugery site. I tried putting ice on the area, I will call vet in am but does anyone have any advice?

Honey, no clue here but praying for your lil man here, please keep us in
the know on how he's doing. Can you call an ER Vet Clinic to ask if this is
normal? Also, can you take his temp, I think it should be no higher than
100* but check on that fact. Sending you big hugs, knowing how worried

Temp range is 99.5-102.5. I just bought a thermometer and that's what the package says. Hope your little guy is ok.

Hi, you already got great advice from Carol, I agree a call to an emergency , or after hours vet clinic would be a good idea. They will be able to tell you if this is normal or not. Or if he seems fine, wait until morning, and call your own vet. I hope Tucker has a speedy recovery, and feels better soon. Please keep us posted.

Any news on Tucker? I don't think there should be any leaking, I guess it depends in whether it's just seeping a little or a lot. Hope he's okay....

The vet is not too worried, temp is good and he is eating and drinking norm, we are still going in to maybe get another stitching. Thanks for fast responses!!

I know the swelling is common and can be nasty, leaking, not sure unless infection? But, please keep us posted after the vet appointment.

OMG get home from work to grab Tucker for his appt. he looks fine, no more leakage. Call the vet and cancel, let him out he goes flying after the neighbors dog, he breaks his halter! We go after him get him in and now he's bleeding again. Vet said keep an eye on him , he felt his moods shows he's fine and he's eating and drinking like normal plus he has no fever....
