Bulldogs don't reach adulthood until they are about 2 and she's not done growing physically either. She should be as long and as high as she'll get but she should still POP width-wise a few more times. Some bullys don't reach their full width potential until they are about 3. In many way's she's still your puppy, not all grown up.
