Something's wrong with Bo's paw :((

Poor guy can't catch a break!! Just noticed him licking it when I got off work? He has never had any problems with his feet! This is In between two of his toes on back paw!?

Poor baby - were having paw issues over here now too. Try to get it as clean as you can. Then apply some Neosporin... Take a pic after its clean too so we can see it better...

Aww poor Bo, is there anything in the cut? I hope he feels better soon. Just keep it clean like others have mentioned, and you could try soaking his paw in some Epsom Salts and warm water.

I've heard of putting a baby sock and taping it so the fur babies can't get it off nor can they lick!! Win/win

The only thing I can think is to put a sock over it, but that would keep it moist… Poor guy, I hope it clears up soon!

Yeah, a sock with some tape or wrapped up in bandage. *HOWEVER* please make sure you are always there while its wrapped or has a sock on. You don't want to run any risk of him eating the sock, or the bandages. If its no longer red, maybe just keep it clean & dry with some witch hazel... then you don't have to worry about him licking anything. If it doesn't look infected.

Thanks everyone. At work now. I'll let you know how it looks when I get home. I ended up putting a sock on him with a bandage and then took it off once he fell asleep, lol.
