I'm so sorry this happened. It's frustrating when you're trying to make them better and something winds up giving your bully a bad reaction. Ruckus has "puppy mange" when he was little. It also started with a small patch of hair loss. Initially the vet prescribed ivermectin (BAD NEWS) and Ruckus was vomiting from it almost immediately. The vet (we no longer go to this vet) then suggested some sort of chemical dip. I wound up doing a little research of my own and started bathing him with a peroxide shampoo (I've had good luck with the DermaBenss brand) and ordered Goodwinol ointment to put on the spot. It took some patience but after several months the hair had finally grown back in.
