The birthday treat yesterday was
Banana Oatmeal Woofles
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups quick cook oats
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 bananas - smashed
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup honey

Mix together, drop by rounded teaspoon on cookie sheet, bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen keeps for a week or freeze for later.
