Help Needed! Pink eye or Cherry eye.....what can we do to soothe her

Our Roxy may have pink eye or cherry eye...the vet isnot open until tomorrow. How can we soothe this for her until then? Warm compress? Cold compress?

Doesn't look like cherry eye, but might be an infection in the third eye lid. Does it seem like it causes her pain? If not I wouldn't do anything. If it does bother her, try a warm compress to see if that helps. Hope she gets better soon.

Thank you so much!!! She itches her face eye area a few times a day but she still plays and eats and sleeps so she should be fine until tomorrow! We will try the warm compress.

I agree, I don't see cherry eye. I wouldn't worry--just wait and see what the vet says.

I agree with David that is nothing like when Ftse had cherry eye
