Pimple like bumps on my bully's girl parts

My roxy has about 4-5 pimple looking bumps with white looking puss on the top of them. These are all on and around her hood area only. Anyone see them before?? I dont know if its infection or just skin irritation???

One of my girls has the same, she's had them for very long. Hers are on the belly on the groin area... it's just two little bumps, looks like a small skin mole that's white... kind of I've just left them cos they don't change or seem to bother her. I always forget to ask the vet about it cos when we go it's always for more serious things. I'll see if I can take a pic of hers later, she's sleeping now

Wheezie has these and our vet said it's a grass allergy.Also she has a lot of extra skin around her whoo hoo.lol I call it her Fupa..I'm constantly wiping something on her to keep moisture down.
