Pictures of Our New House

While I was at the house yesterday for over 3 hours getting our home inspection (which passed with flying colors!!) I did have my camera, I got so caught up in the inpection, then the termite inspector showed up that I forgot to take one single picture!!

These two picture is what the realtor took to send us in the beginning to see if we would be interested in looking at it.

I KNOW the baby gate is ugly around the pool, BUT I would have put one in wherever we would have found a house with the pool because of Vegas, we just lucked out and this one already had one installed, Joe hates it but it is one less worry about leaving Vegas out in our fenced in yard that I don't have to worry about.

We are going to paint the garage door something different so it does not look so bland on the outside being all one color, and you can barely see the front screened in door/lanie on the end but it is a very nice little patio all screened in. Going to put a little table and chairs out there for morning coffee.

A mural of a certain bully would be great on that garage door.... just saying .....:D That small lanai will be perfect for sitting out on a nice morning to have your morning coffee and watch the neighborhood wake up. And the fence around the pool? I see nothing wrong with it considering its use. ... Tell Joe that there are lots of different nicer looking ones available HE can replace it with. At least you have you OWN in ground pool!!!!!

It looks great and the baby fence around the pool looks great. At least you don't have to worry about Vegas getting in the pool. I'm so excited for you guys. So when do you close and move in?

Best of luck to all of you!!! Don't worry about the gate around the pool, just think how enjoyable it will be.. Using the pool without worrying about Vegas in the yard. It's a safety feature not a fashion statement lol!!

In time you can find a more attractive fence for the pool. Just like changing the garage door. It's all the cosmetic things we do to make a new house into a "home". Congrats on your new Home!

I think it's adorable - AND I think you should stop worrying how that baby gate on the pool looks. Life jackets aren't attractive either - but they save lives! [MENTION=2614]Vicaroo1000[/MENTION], I have been addicted to HGTV/DIY for years, now I can put some of those ideas to use!! First off will be the kitchen that has WALLPAPER!! Off it comes, and has laminate counters, comeing off too! The house is not that old but the owners were, and it shows in many rooms, thank god they had it all very nicely tiled before loosing it. It is move in ready so nothing needs to be done, it just needs to be changed to our likings!
