Hi your situation hits close to home for us...we rescued a 4 year old bulldog back in November and he was a mess....yeast, allergies to everything, bacterial infections, mites! His paws were red and swollen and bled if he walked in the street. The vet had to refer us to a dermatologist and she gave us Douxo chlorhexidine & climbazole mousse with phytosphingosine. It has antiseptic ingredients and deals with the yeast too. It's a foamy mousse texture you apply w/ your hands and let air dry. It's on Amazon too. We also got him vented mesh booties as he kept licking his front paws making it all worse. After a long round of antibiotics and treating mites with Bravecto he was put on Royal Canine Ultimino which is a last resort food..basically a synthetic food. He is also on Cyclosporine....the last resort for allergy medication. After all this he is finally looking good....well as good as he'll ever look! The yeast went away with the allergies, mites and infections under control.
