happy being a little girl named Tonto! She is too pretty. It's great to see their photos! Is it hot in Md.? It is hell on earth here!

Actually it is humid and overcast. It is suppose to rain with a cool front coming through.

I am at home just being at the doctor's office having my back injected....bulging disc...L-S stenosis.

Yes it is a battle. I will have to take a video of Bentley with the varsity ball. He is "Flash Rocking Man."

Been there too without the injections and surgery. yup. herniated disc/bulging disc, spinal stenosis.

All in my current vocabulary. Yup aging is not helping.

But all is good.

Hope everything is a ok with their health.

Well I am also doing PT twice a week (I.e. physical terrorism). Frankly, I am trying the least invasive...but I still have the pain running down the back of my legs especially in the morning. I think surgery is next.
