Help Needed! Marks/discolouration on face?

Has anyone seen this before? The pink under his nose/top lip has come and gone before and now he has some on his bottom lip. no new foods, treats - steel bowls and we clean the his regularly.
It isn't bothering him at all. What could it be?

Vegas has 3 pink spots, (no color) right above his lip, they are not sores or any kind of infection, just no pigmentation. I will try and get a picture, he has always had these 3 spots and he is almost 4. I dont think it is anything to worry about.

Hello,

Those spots are not a problem unless they become infected. Around the face, nose and muzzle there can be a slight change in skin pigment. All normal.
Unless swollen or infected.

They could also be from them sniffing the ground and the concrete, no big deal unless they get infected. Mine get them sometimes and they go away.
