Thank you! It was very hard for my selfish reasons. But I know in my heart it's what had to be done. That Skelton of a dog is not my BeBe ( side note she was a small frame dog to begin with and under 38 lbs in good weight) she was not living just surviving barely.

You knew in your heart what to do, she looked very frail and is no longer suffering, I hope you're okay. So heartbreaking, RIP sweet BeBe.

I am so sorry. That decision is the hardest thing about raising these precious babies. It seems so counter intuitive after all that you have done to care and protect them. We lost our little Midge to acute renal failure. I'm here if you want to talk.

Heather I am so sorry to hear about your BeBe, My Prayers and Love are with You and Your Family. Our Poodle last year had kidney failure, we had to let him go to Rainbow Bridge, it was hard but it was the best for Milo. It is hard to say goodbye, but I know I will see Milo and all of My 4 Legged Babies I have lost in the past one day when it is my time to go. We will all be together never to have to part again.

My daughter went with me. I did ask her but told her she didn't have to. But I can not have a dog out down and not be there I never want them to feel alone and that I loved them to the last breath.

I have had to be in your place so many times. You did the most loving thing for her, and she knows it. I know it took so much love and courage to hold her.
she is now happy,pain free and romping with others at the Rainbow Bridge. No suffering-only for you. You did your best FOR HER.
