Jack was welcomed into the rescue as a breeder surrender. He has spina bifida, and while he is completely active and mobile, has no control over going to the bathroom. This is not a condition that can be corrected, and he will be in diapers for the rest of his life. He has been neutered and is being taught some basic puppy obedience before finding a home. Please submit an application if you would like to have Jack consider adopting you!
