Bio: Izzie is a playful, loving little girl who was rescued by New Hope Animal Rescue in Kentucky from a breeder ready to put her down because of her disabilities. Izzie is unable to use her hind legs and wears diapers because she has no control of her bowels or bladder. Her organs are also not in the correct position. She will require a great deal of care for the rest of her life including a wheelchair to help her walk. However, despite her physical limitations, Izzy is a sweet puppy full of life. She alternates between play and naps without realizing she is any different from her foster siblings. She loves to give kisses and snuggle!
