Hi, I agree with Rosalie, a picture would help to see what you mean. Are you saying this because your bully is wrinkly, or looks small like a puppy? The wrinkles are normal, but some bullies have more wrinkles than others, and every bully is different in size, height and weight.

I think she looks age appropriate to me. Her head and chest are a good size. Young pups have much smaller heads and chests. Welcome to EBN. Your baby is beautiful.
