3-20-15 UPDATE: Guinness is a sweet boy and gets along with all other dogs. He is in need of his cherry eye bi-laterally being redone but will be ready for a home that can deal with his orthopedic issues while appreciating his gentle and sweet nature.
Guinness came to us on a medical foster early release from Miami Dade Animal Services. Aged about 5-ish, Guinness had significant medical issues but a is big sweet boy. He had cherry eye, goopy eyes with what looks like long standing issues, ear infection and difficulty walking with rear legs/hips in need of ortho assessment. He is really mellow and sweet and good with other dogs.
Update: Guinness had his cherry eye successfully repaired, but continues to have issues and needs reevaluation. He has also been diagnosed by the orthopedic specialist with generalized arthritis issues and unstable real legs, with the addition of his his fore-paw is causing him pain.
