Welcome to the site and Gertrude is such a cutie. The one pic looks like she is chewing a rawhide or eatable bone, if so please get her a Nylabone or Kong to chew on, as rawhides, pig ears, bully sticks, Greenies and the like can be chock hazards and rawhides can get stuck in their intestines.

Ah, thank you for this tip! Incidentally, the bone she's chewing on in the picture came in a three-pack with a white nylabone, so that's odd.
I'll be sure to keep her chew toys of the cloth and plastic variety going forward.
