Fire at dog home at Manchester

Shocking. Some little arsehole has set fire to a dog shelter, 70 dogs so far dead.

Why would someone do this ??
I would love to get my hands on them. It's bad enough dogs end up here

I saw this on FB… absolutely sickening!!! I watch enough crime shows to know that this is how most serial killers and deranged individuals start out… harming/killing animals. There is a special place in HELL for this individual

FYI this kid will turn into a people killer odds are says the psych RN. Not sure the parents could have prevented this except for not breeding
this is so sad! The poor babies. Hopefully the kid gets some payback
