My name is Susan Moore, I was looking at Animal Shelters in Downey, California, and found a Female, not Spayed English Bulldog, 2 years young, I hope someone in rescue can save her. She does not have a name yet. her Id#A4871466 and D502 The Animal Shelter's phone number is 562-940-6898. I Pray she will be saved. This Shelter is a High Kill Shelter. Susan Moore
