Hi and welcome. I am usually behind on the posts! I have had puppys of many breeds. All pups LOVE to bite-it's a puppy thing! Some are worse/more persistant than others.
I always say" no bite"(firmly), and hand them something(shove it in their mouth) and say "bite this!". It sometimes seems to take forever, but they all get through that stage-even though you think you can't survive it! Mine always loved shoes, and shoe laces. Especially when I was walking! So, I bought them their own pair of little kids tennis shoes, and said-"here, bite this!" I always tried to have something to replace the things I didn't want bitten(Me!). Don't get aggressive back-it seems they take it as a game! If I was outside, and they went after my shoes, I would have a toys, on a rope, and drag it to distract them. Tricks, you need tricks!!ha!ha! I never left them unsupervised with toys, though-unless they were puppy proof!
