The Texas State Fair is slowly creeping up on us and they have a lot of new yummies to try this year in addition to all of the standby favorites. It is going to be a wonderful month of tasty fried foods that my doctor will surely chastise me for even though he will be eating the same things.... Drool.... Can't wait to try the Chicken and Waffle cone.....

Im going to be in BIG trouble!! In October, they are opening a "fair food stand" park in Sarasota FL. , about 20 mins. from me. It will be open all year long and will be just a big parking lot with fair foods!!! Ohhhhh I can't wait!!!!
