It's too long on her, but otherwise fits well. A small would be too small. Too bad the length can't be hemmed like a pair of trousers. It's easy to adjust the straps.

Extra length means more floats for the hefty bulldog. I have the same one and it is also too long.

Well, we have The Gulf of Mexico, the beautiful Manatee River and Sarasota Bay as well as all the beaches between here and Tampa from which to choose. She should be happy.
