I have little to add to what Helene has stated. We feed 2 times per day(at least) as an empty Bulldog stomach produces bile that is not being used and that can cause stomach upset...and that leads to puking green slime. Two times per day of controlled diet and you and your pups should be good to go!

wow, this is accurate because when I switched my Brody from twice a day meal to once a day, in his first week, he always puke yellow bile in the morning. I will keep this in mind.

Thank you so much for this detailed reply. Let me save this thread and study. She only eat raw meat sawdust so far, no heart or liver as suggested by her previous owner. She's super plump and heavy for hear age. Only issue I have is she's eating RAW but my boy of 3 years old is a kibble eater since a pup. Will it be fine at this point to switch his diet to raw? I'm afraid he upset his stomach if I do it all of a sudden. And thanks for the chart provided about dog weight. I can now confirm that my Bria is indeed OBESE, Iwant her on the pet weight range. My Brody is on an athletic side base on his body structure right now. No wonder he moves so fast.

Careful, that chart is young teen like a yr old to adult size. She’s still a puppy so she’s not on that chart just yet. I added the chart so you can judge for yourself later on as a guide. Dont be too hard on her for a diet. Follow the guidelines we gave you and you won’t have any problem. Work on her weight gradually. You got this.

For Brody, I don’t know what kibble you’re feeding him. Probably something we might not have on the side of the planet. What’s the protein content per feeding? What else is in that bag? First 5 ingredients will tell you if it’s healthy or not.

Definitely raw is the best diet for any dog n especially cats. But that’s up to you. If your worried start by added 125g raw liver as a topper on his kibble. See how it goes.

I don’t know why I’m getting double reply

Brown rice, Barley, Ground Corn, Gluten Meal, is to fit for dogs. Especially corn and gluten meal. Gluten bad for humans imagine a dog. I don’t know why they call it Holistic cause definitely that’s not holistic. If you can, change kibbles great or go straight to raw.

Change meat to kibbles may help, Moretimer have been losing weight since eating kibbles, while he ate too much meat before.
