Do you free feed or schedule feed?

If Buster was allowed to free feed he would look a little like this image.jpg

Free feed? Would have to sell the "mansion!" They already eat better than I do-schedule only!

Definitely scheduled feeding times. My girls tummies actually have clocks and they know when it's eating time. With more than 1 bully in our house there would be no way of knowing how much they're eating and I'm certain they would eat whatever is put out... no matter what the quantity. LOL

pdolphin27, how'd you find that picture of Tate? Oh, i'm just teasing. Tate is not even that chubby. Definitely scheduled feeding b/c mine would also balloon to an unhealthy size if they free-fed. Also, I hope that pic of the big bully was photo shopped...that's not healthy.

Scheduled feedings... Usually 630am, 12pm lunch for Wally & 5pm dinner. They get snacks during the day too.

Definitely a schedule, they would eat till they couldn't move if I let them.

I schedule feed right now but eventually would like to be able to free feed like my other two did.

We used to schedule feed because Ruckus would eat any amount you gave him immediately and then look at you for more, but as he got older he started not wanting to eat as early and we realized that he would portion his food out throughout the day. Now, we give him his entire day's portion in the morning and he grazes.

Scheduled feed. Right now it's 7am, 1pm and 7pm. He is only two months old, I'm wondering what you all think of this... Sometimes I feel like it's not enough but his belly is getting fatter by the day!
