Help Needed! Bump on top of my bulldog's head

My EBD Also has this. Its super small.I tried to clean it too and it seems like its not hurting him or anything. Was wondering what your vet suggested? I have attached a photo

If it is the same thing... do nothing, the body reabsorbs it, basically takes care of it on to own

Thank you! Yes it doesnt hurt him and he doesnt scratch it as well I just keep it clean that area. Thank you

As I zoomed in again... it looks more clear - not as red and raised, is that right?

It is not raised its just flat and dry. In person when you see it at first it looks raised but when you touch it its flat and dry
