Our boy developed Demodex, that was one reason we decided to have him neutered. After all the prescriptions and shampoos, I think what helped most was a mix of Borax and Hydrogen Peroxide. It did take a while, but we got it gone! I know I cringed at the very word "mange" but at least Demodex is treatable.

He'll be back in tiptop shape before you know it
