Bootcamp Update...

Well since inquiring minds wanted to know… LOL This is my third week of doing bootcamp, and this will be my first week going 3x a week instead of twice a week… So in two weeks I've lost 2.5 pds, but I didn't have her take my measurements again yet. We just started Unlimited Summer, which means you can go as often as you want for June/July… I'm planning a M,W,F for right now so my knees can get used to the workouts. I encourage anybody to try this, it's much better than going to the gym!!!
