Bootcamp update… Ugh!!!

Well I was so excited to post that I'm down 2 pant sizes since starting bootcamp in May. BUT this past week I turned funny on my leg, and of course my knee has been bothering me I've been wearing my knee brace all week, and I didn't go to bootcamp. For dinner tonight I had mac-n-cheese and a glass of wine Ugh… I don't know if my knee hurts because of the turn, or if it's because of the polar vortex

You need to rub some dirt on it and walk it off.

One day while jogging, I noticed a tennis ball lying by the side of the walk.

Since Jewel and Bentley like to chase after a tennis ball, I picked the ball up, put it in my pocket and proceeded on my way.

Waiting at the cross street for the light to change, I noticed a beautiful blonde standing next to me smiling.

"What do you have in your pocket?", she asked.

"Tennis ball?" I said smiling back.

"Wow," said the blonde looking upset. "That must hurt. I once had tennis elbow and the pain was unbearable!"
