That looks absolutely fantastic, Have a Great and Happy Thanksgiving. I hope that bird lasts until meal time on Thursday because of all the "quality control" tastings.

After brining my birds for three days, apples oranges. Brown sugar, kosher salt, spices, 24 pound turkey, the duck, the chicken, three kinds of Weesie's stuffing, walnuts, cranberrys......... Don't ask!!!! Let's just say I am praying when Weesie goes to the grocery store when it opens at 7:00 am they had better have thawed turkeys or I am in need of a new home..... And family. I thought about using the boys but they don't have enough meat on them yet. I am living Turducken hell...

Fridge temp. Pretty cold because that's where the Budweisers nest.
