I donā€™t have any peppermint or frankincense. Not sure where to get that locally. A health food store maybe??
Iā€™ll do more heat and ice tomorrow morning..
Oh how I hope she just has a pulled muscle...

Also any thoughts on the CBD oil for this? How can I order?

I get mine straight from a vet as itā€™s higher concentrate. But I used to get it from a local pet store (more boutique style, not Petsmart or Petco). Iā€™ve also used a brand called Treatibles that I got through my raw food co-op which I believe you can order online. I think some of the local weed shops sell it as well, not sure if GA is a legal state or not.

Unfortunately no legal weed shops here yet! We are just able to buy alcohol on Sundays the last few years!! Lol
And no pets store besides pet smart and a Pet supplies store. Iā€™ll be heading to the health food store shortly.
Where can I order it on line?

If you decide to try asprin...
0.5-2mg/lb of Asprin(coated) 2-3 times per day given with food. So each dosing for a 50 lb dog would be 25-100 mg. Iā€™d be inclined to start with a baby asprin(81mg, IIRC) at meal time.

This is in Canada but I think you can order it. Your $$$ is worth more than ours so will be cheaper for you..

you can do Lalaloopsie recipe as itā€™s perfect too

Or find something that has these ingredients

Great helsonwheels. I have these that I bought a few months back. She wouldnā€™t touch them then! Lol
So I just had to crush them and sneak them into her food.
She is still limping but not as bad as the first night. Trying to debate if I should take he to the vet today or give it a few more days. She is being crated and leash walked. We are headed to Florida tomorrow (where she is always leashesd when walked anyway and Iā€™ll have her crate with us also.

If youā€™re going for a long stay in FL maybe just have her check. I think she pulled a muscle. If youā€™re keeping up on her aspirin, EO massages n turmeric, she should be fine. Btw, your capsules, you need to add black pepper as itā€™s useless if you donā€™t. Also bring our little princess in the ocean for a good soak. Sea salt is the best for soar muscles :)

I am planning on being there probably through Sunday.
I am headed to the health food store in a few mins for the Tumeric. So I can make the recipe. I have the coconut oil and pepper.
And I didnā€™t put any pepper on her food that I had to add the pills to. The little bigger wouldnā€™t even eat it this morning so not sure she would eat it with the pepper.
And on the EO I have never used them so..... how much I need to use.

I got the Tumeric and made the recipe. Itā€™s in the fridge cooling. I have a friend who going to bring me some EO she said she has lavender and peppermint.
She loves my Bella! As she has had EBDā€™s in the past.
I havenā€™t given her any aspirin or anything like that.

Donā€™t panic, it happens, last year Tank limped for 2 months after bad jump, and recovered. I wouldnā€™t give her anti inflammatory meds because all of them are quite heavy on their stomach. I would use turmeric, but as it poorly absorbs from powder, you need to cook golden paste.
1/2 cup - Turmeric powder (*make sure that the turmeric powder is organic and is loaded with curcumin!)
1 - 1 1/2 cups - Filtered water
1 1/2 teaspoons - Freshly ground black pepper (increases absorption)
1/4 cup - Organic, cold pressed coconut oil

Heat water in the pan and add turmeric. Stir it, it will get thick, then add pepper and oil. Cool it down, can be stored in the fridge. Dose is 1/4 teaspoon 2-3 times a day.
Heat pad is also good.

Well I made it and I misread the recipe. I put the whole 1 1/2 cups of water in (instead of reading the 1 to 1 1/2 cups) and now itā€™s still watery even though it has been in the fridge.
Darn it.....
now what? Still give her the same dosage?
